RAYNHAM, Mass. — A car crashed into a Chipotle in Raynham overnight.
The crash happened around 1:40 a.m. Thursday along Route 44. The driver, 33-year-old Matthew Moniz of East Taunton, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Moniz was the only person in the car at the time of the crash.
The crash caused extensive damage to the building, police said, but no one was inside at the time. An investigation into what happened is ongoing.
