(MyFoxBoston.com) -- Several cities and towns announced parking bans due to the snow expected over the next several days. We will continue to update this list throughout the storm.
Ashland
There is always a winter parking ban in Ashland, but police issued a reminder to residents Friday that parking is not allowed on the street between 2 and 6 a.m. from Nov. 1 to March 31.
Blackstone
The Emergency Parking Ban will go into effect at Midnight and will remain in effect until at least Midnight on Tuesday.
Belmont
The Town of Belmont has issued a Snow Emergency Parking Ban beginning at 12 a.m. Feb. 2.
Boston
A snow emergency will go into effect in the City of Boston on Monday at 6 a.m.
Brockton
Brockton has declared a snow emergency, effective Monday, Feb. 2 at 12:01 a.m. There is no parking on any city street during the snow. emergency.
Brookline
Parking ban in effect from Sunday until Tuesday at 6 a.m.
Cambridge
The City of Cambridge is declaring a Snow Emergency Parking Ban effective at 5 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 2.
Chelmsford
The parking ban will be in effect starting Monday, Feb. 2 at 6 a.m. and is expected to run through Tuesday at noon. During the parking ban, parking is prohibited in all public roadways.
Chelsea
The Chelsea Police Department has announced that a Snow Emergency will take effect at11PM tonight. All posted streets must remain clear of vehicles for the duration of the emergency.
Dedham
A parking ban will be in effect from 7 a.m. Monday, February 2 through 7 a.m. on Tuesday, February 3.
Gloucester
The Snow Emergency and subsequent Parking Ban goes into effect at 11 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 1 and will remain in effect until at least 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3.
Lowell
A parking ban has been declared, effective at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 2, 2015.
Newton
A Snow Emergency has been declared and will start at 5:00 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 2nd. Until the Snow Emergency is lifted, on-street parking is prohibited.
Somerville
The parking ban in Somerville will start at 10 p.m. on Sun., Feb. 1.
Woburn
Woburn Police announced a citywide on-street parking ban that begins at 6 a.m. Monday, and continues until 6 a.m. Tuesday. Monday trash pick-up is canceled.
