About two hours later, a body was found in a wooded area off of Bedford Road as a result of the search, south of Sheridan Street.

The Middlesex District Attorney said the body found was a man in his 30's, and they were investigating to determine the cause and manner of the death.

Woburn Police Chief Robert Rufo said the person found was reported missing back on November 16, and the body was recovered across the street from his home.

Woburn Police say the medical examiner took the body into custody, and detectives from the Middlesex District Attorney's Office are investigating.
