Arrest made in connection to body found at Exeter trailer park

EXETER, N.H. — New Hampshire authorities have arrested and charged a man for the death of a 65-year-old Exeter woman.

Derek William Webber, 31, of Exeter, has been arrested on charges of second degree murder and arson in connection with the death of Carol Felides, 65.

At approximately 4 a.m on Tuesday, June 19, officials responded to a fire at the Hayes Mobile Home Park in Exeter. Felides was found dead inside her mobile home.

A thorough investigation by members of the State Police, Exeter Police, and the State Fire Marshal's Office eventually led to Webber's arrest on Monday.

Webber is set to be arraigned at the Rockingham Superior Court on Tuesday.
