BOSTON -- One person was seriously injured after being hit by a car Friday evening in Boston.
The crash happened around 4 p.m. on Mass. Ave. at Newbury Street.
The victim, an adult male, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
There was little visible damage on the vehicle and no skid marks or other apparent signs of any accident.
Police spent several hours at the scene investigating, and were spending excessive time looking at a GC Sierra.
Boston Police have not released any more information, and it's unclear at this time what caused the crash or if the driver will be charged.
