BROCKTON, Mass. — One woman is dead and another injured after a rollover crash.
Witnesses say they heard screeching, swerving down West Street before the car flipped several times. The car ended up crashing on the front lawn of a home in Brockton, just feet away from the front door.
In the car was a 20-year-old woman and her grandmother, according to the Brockton Enterprise. The two women were trapped inside and first responders used the jaws of life to free them. The driver taken away, injured but alert, but the grandmother was more severely injured. State Police have confirmed that the grandmother did die.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
