One person has died following a crash on the Pike in Brighton.
Massachusetts State Police tweeted about the crash on the eastbound side of the Pike Wednesday afternoon.
Police say occupants of a pickup stopped to secure a trailer load. They were outside the truck when a BMW hit the trailer. One person has died and another was critically injured. The driver of the BMW was also injured.
The accident is under investigation.
Police say drivers should expect heavy delays in the area.
