A LITTLE SNOW
Temperatures will be seasonably cold Wednesday and Thursday. Although we have a couple waves of energy passing through, we don’t have very much moisture in the air to fuel precipitation. The result will be a period of scattered flurries or light snow mid morning - mid afternoon Wednesday. The highest chance of any coatings or light accumulation will be south of the Pike. It won’t be much either way. Then another batch Thursday or Thursday night will mostly be north of our area as a warm front comes through.
Overall, a continued quiet weather pattern through the weekend. Things will warm up briefly Friday before turning cold again this weekend. The weekend will feature some blustery winds as well. It’ll feel like a real winter weekend!
There are hints of a storm next week, but the trend has been too far south. Stay tuned!
