The ring features six Lombardi Trophies, symbolizing the six titles the Patriots have won in their franchise history.

One side features the name of the player and their number along with a depiction of Gillette Stadium. The other side shows the final score of Super Bowl LIII, which New England won, 13-3, over the LA Rams.

The bottom of the ring is adorned with the years that New England has won each of their titles, with the inscription "We Are All Patriots" written on the inside.
