BOSTON — Bruins forward David Pastrnak was named to the Atlantic Division All-Star team Wednesday afternoon. The 22-year-old from the Czech Republic earned his first All-Star honor after scoring 23 goals for the Bruins this season.
Pastrnak's trip to San Jose will be his first All-Star appearance.
