BOSTON — Jerry Remy shared some great news with fans!
The beloved Red Sox broadcaster tweeted on Tuesday that he had his final session of radiation and will join the NESN crew for a quick call.
Remy was first diagnosed with lung cancer 10 years ago, and has since faced multiple recurrences of the disease. Most recently, a portion of his lung had to be removed to combat the cancer.

Remy will be in the booth Wednesday night for an inning at Fenway Park as the Red Sox take on the Baltimore Orioles.
Final session of radiation today👍 Will be on NESN tomorrow night to join the guys for a inning. Looking forward to visiting Fenway.
