ANDOVER, Mass. — A woman suffered serious injuries after a fall in her Andover home in an incident after the Merrimack Valley gas explosions, police say.
Police told Boston 25 News reporter Malini Basu that a woman in her 50's fell down the stairs in the home on Shawsheen Road.

Authorities say the woman was without power due to the explosions, and suffered serious head injuries.

Police told Boston 25 News the woman was being treated at Massachusetts General Hospital with her brother by her bed side.
