According to the woman, the man told her to "Get in." before getting out of his car and walking towards her. As he kept getting closer and talking to her, she continued running and yelling "No".

The man is described as an older, dark-skinned man, possibly wearing a red shirt and light-colored pants, with prominent facial bone structure and very short hair.

At one point, another car was driving toward them, which prompted the man to get back in his car and leave. He was last seen heading south on Route 47, River Road in Sunderland.
