NASHUA, N.H. — An elderly woman was hit and killed by a van outside a senior living center in Nashua, N.H. early Monday afternoon.
According to police, the 79-year-old woman was found beneath a van in the parking lot when officers got on scene. Police say that van was driven by an 80-year-old man.

The woman was pinned under the van and was pronounced dead when it was lifted off her.
"I did see a walker underneath there," witness Greg Brown told Boston 25 News. "The woman was underneath the vehicle already, it was propped up on a wooden box."

Sky25 was over the scene where investigators had blocked the front of the van from view as they investigated the incident.
