CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, V.A. — Multiple tornadoes touched down across the Richmond, Virginia area Monday as the remnants of what was once Hurricane Florence moved up the east coast.
Cell phone video captured a tornado destroy buildings in Chesterfield County.
At least one person was killed when the twister caused the roof of a warehouse to collapse.
