Uber and Lyft dropoff and pickup spots at Logan Airport will change

BOSTON — Uber and Lyft pickup and dropoff spots at Logan Airport are moving to the central parking garage.

Massport says it will move ride-share pickups from terminals A and C starting on Oct. 28. Terminal B and E pickups will shift on Nov. 4.

All curbside dropoffs by the companies will be allowed until Nov. 11.

The changes are to try to lower the congestion at Logan. Uber and Lyft had 12 million cars are the airport in 2018.

There is an exemption for people with disabilities. They will still be allowed to be dropped off and picked up curbside.
