Two people ejected from their car after rollover on 95, 1 dead

MANSFIELD, Mass. — Two people were ejected from their car and one died after an accident early Sunday in Mansfield.

At around 2:45 a.m., Foxboro Police responded to a rollover crash on Route 95 north near exit 6A in Mansfield. They received numerous 911 calls reporting the single-car accident, according to police.

A Brockton man, 25, was reportedly driving the car, which rolled into the center median. He was brought to Sturdy Memorial Hospital where he died. His passenger, 27, was brought to Rhode Island Hospital with serious injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
