Rapper Saucy Santana shot leaving South Florida strip club

MIAMI — Rapper Saucy Santana was shot in the arm early Wednesday morning while leaving a South Florida strip club.

Santana and two friends were leaving The Office Gentlemen’s Club around 4 a.m. when a Chevrolet pulled alongside their Honda and someone inside fired about seven shots, WTVJ reported.

Santana and the driver were shot in the arm. Another passenger was shot in the hand, WPLG reported.

Santana, of Tallahassee, was in the area scouting locations to film a music video, WTVJ reported.

"It happened out of nowhere, so we could have been ran off the road, anything. We could have been dead," Santana told WTVJ. "You have people that have their own motives, and everybody isn't going to be accepting of the type of artist that I am."

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating, WPLG reported.
