McEnany, who bought the Tampa home with her husband -- former Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Sean Gilmartin -- is listing the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home for $1.1 million, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

According to Hillsborough County property appraiser records, the couple bought the home, located on Davis Islands, for $650,000 in 2017.

The two-story home was built in 1940 and has 2,538 square feet, according to property records.

McEnany, 32, who grew up in Hillsborough County and attended high school at Tampa’s Academy of the Holy Names, listed the home with Smith & Associates Real Estate, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reported.

“Davis Islands has become the choice neighborhood in Tampa for homeowners who want the pace of an island lifestyle yet easy access to the events and culture of everything the Tampa region has to offer,” Becky Slocum, of Smith & Associates, said in a statement.

The home sits on a double lot, has a large screened porch and a “stunning crystal chandelier” in the formal dining room, according to the real estate listing. The property also includes a guest house in the backyard, the Times reported.

“They did such a great job making this house their own in their renovations since they purchased it,” Slocum told the newspaper.

Fox News recently announced that McEnany will join the network as a co-host. While the new job means they will relocate to New York, the couple may still buy a different property in Tampa, Slocum said.

“She has family on the island so I think she’s always going to have something to do with Tampa Bay,” Slocum told the Times.
