COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - When Vivian Gomez checked the video from her security camera Sunday morning at her home in Colorado Springs, she was so perplexed by what she saw, the first words that came to mind were, “What the heck?”
A 10-second video clip shows a weird creature with skinny legs and overly large ears dancing down her driveway.
“First, I saw the shadow walking from my front door, then I saw this thing … has anyone else seen this on their cameras??” Gomez asked in a social media post accompanied by the strange video. She said her other two cameras did not record the creature.
The post has received more than 9 million views and thousands of responses on social media.
In an interview with “Inside Edition,” Gomez said she thinks the thing tried to get in her house before it came into view of her camera. She said her system is programmed to record 10 second increments, so she’s not sure where the creature went after it left her driveway.
Some have suggested that it’s an alien. Others said it resembles Dobby the elf from the “Harry Potter” movies. A few have insisted the video is doctored, but Gomez denied that.
“If anyone tested it or whatever they do, it would confirm it’s not altered,” she said in a comment section.
Anyone know what the story is with this? I looked up the lady who originally posted it on FB and she appears to be a legit middle aged mom who caught a Dobby looking something on her security camera. pic.twitter.com/i8J08fz67h— Andrew Hibbard (@andrewhibbard) June 8, 2019

Are we living the "days of Noah" all over again or are we witnessing a hoax? 👽#Aliens #Genesis6 #Enoch #Angels pic.twitter.com/jA7D4vmpao
