“We are the diverse America that are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us,” Dixon said. “We truly hope that our show has inspired you to uphold our American values and work on behalf of all of us—all of us.”
President-elect Donald Trump tweeted a message Saturday to the cast and crew of "Hamilton:"
"Our wonderful future V.P. Mike Pence was harassed last night at the theater by the cast of 'Hamilton,' cameras blazing," Trump tweeted. "This should not happen."

It caused Dixon to respond.
"Conversation is not harassment sir," Dixon tweeted. "And I appreciate (Pence) for stopping to listen."
