NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A Tennessee man was arrested after police said he intentionally spilled hot coffee on a McDonald's employee after complaining it was "too watery."
According to Metro Nashville Police, Charles Prince, 59, complained to an employee that his coffee was too watery and asked for a stronger cup. An employee replied that the coffee is brewed daily, police said.
That's when Prince became upset and knocked the large cup of coffee over on the counter, WZTV-TV reported. Police said the coffee spilled onto another employee's arm and left visible burn marks.
