Teen killed during East Boston stabbing, investigation underway

BOSTON — Police are investigating a deadly stabbing that happened Christmas Eve near Logan Airport.

A 911 call was made around 10:45 p.m. from 99 Airport Way.

Officer arrived and found a male in his teens who they believe was stabbed. The teen died at the scene.

Boston police have yet to identify the teen, but say they are investigating this as a possible gang murder.

Police Commissioner William Evans told the Boston Herald this murder is an example of something that keeps him up at night.

"We've been looking at how they are connected to each other," Evans told the Herald.
