Quincy Police are investigating after approximately 16 house break-ins over a span of three weeks.
The department said two happened Tuesday, with two more occurring Monday.

Police said the suspects have been mostly targeting and stealing jewelry and cash, with the majority of the break-ins occurring between 4 and 9 p.m.
The department said the break-ins occurred in the areas of Puritan Drive and in North Quincy, and said patrols were increased and there were no break-ins Wednesday.

Quincy Police said all residents should remain vigilant and report any suspicious behavior that they see to them right away.
