Police investigating after double shooting in Roxbury

BOSTON — An investigation is underway after two people were shot in Roxbury late Saturday night, according to Boston Police.

Police said they were called to Washington Street at Brinton Street in Roxbury after 11 p.m. where they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds.

Police said both appear to have non life-threatening injuries and were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

A spokesperson for Boston Police said no arrests have been made and that the incident is under investigation.
