Police: Bridgewater-Raynham student arrested after throwing phone at teacher

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. — A 16-year-old female student at Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School was arrested Friday morning, police confirmed to Boston 25 News.

Police said the student threw a phone at a teacher. The teacher wasn't hurt.

The teeanger is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Superintendent Derek Swenson told Boston 25 News he didn't have a comment.
