Plymouth woman arrested after double stabbing, 2 women hospitalized

PLYMOUTH, Mass. — A Plymouth woman was arrested after allegedly stabbing two other women in the town on Monday night, local police said in an official release.

Officials apprehended Courtney Massey, 29, of Plymouth and charged her with two counts of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon - a knife - and two counts of Assault with Intent to Murder. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. on Monday on Algonquin Terrace.

Two female victims were treated at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth for stab wounds, police said. Both are Plymouth residents, ages 22 and 36. Neither victim's identity has been released.
