Plymouth man accused of taking photos of teenage employee in Walmart bathroom

Shoppers at a Walmart in Vermont were surprised when a Secret Santa paid their layaway bills.

PLYMOUTH, Mass. — Plymouth Police arrested a 30-year-old man and charged him with photographing a teenager in a bathroom.

A 19-year-old employee of the Walmart in Colony Place told police he was in the men’s restroom around 4 p.m. Saturday when he noticed a man in the adjacent stall get on his hands and knees. The teen said he then saw a cell phone.

Nicolas Taylor, 30, of Plymouth, is charged with photographing sexual or intimate body parts without consent.

Taylor also had an outstanding warrant by Boston Police for making annoying texts and phone calls.

The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department Bureau of Criminal Investigations will examine the contents of Taylor’s phone.
