MERRIMACK, N.H. — A New Hampshire man has been arrested and charged with disseminating private, sexual photos of an acquaintance, according to Merrimack police.
Aaron Mattil, 29, was arrested in Manchester after an acquaintance reported to police Mattil disseminated private, sexual images that had been sent to him via text message.
Sharing private sexual photos without consent is a class B felony and Mattil turned himself in to Merrimack police on June 18, the release sates.
The complaint was filed on June 4, police said.
Mattil was released on $2,500 bail and is due back in court in July.
