For the year, the company reported profit of $179.7 million, or $1.14 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.9 billion.
Bruker expects full-year earnings in the range of $1.54 to $1.58 per share.
Bruker shares have risen 19 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $35.53, a rise of 16 percent in the last 12 months.
