BOSTON — The eastbound lanes of the Mass. Pike were shut down Monday afternoon when a truck caught fire, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Police announced the closure shortly before 1 p.m. but it was quickly expanded to the westbound lanes due to smoke.

A truck caught fire at the connector tunnel in Boston, according to MSP.
The length of the closure was not immediatley specified.
