LOWELL - Police are looking for Carlos Rueben Morales, 22, of Lowell, Mass. He's wanted for Armed Assault with Intent to Murder in connection with a daytime shooting in March. Investigators say he is considered armed and dangerous. He has distinguishing tattoos on his right forearm, left hand and left shoulder.
