Man charged with Roxbury fatal shooting

BOSTON — Four months after a man was shot and killed near the Lenox Street Housing Development in July, a suspect has been arrested.

On July 15, police responded to a shooting near Kendall Street and Shawmut Avenue in Roxbury. Officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was later identified as 32-year-old Dennis Q. Parham of Dorchester; he died on scene.

On Sunday, Boston Police officers arrested and charged 38-year-old Charles Williams.

Police said Williams is scheduled to be arraigned in court Monday.
