LAWRENCE, Mass. — A Lawrence man has been arrested and charged with allegedly beating a man with a baseball bat last month.
On November 26, Lawrence Police responded to an assault and battery on Foster Street where they found a man with facial injuries. He was treated on scene before being transported to a Boston hospital.

On Thursday evening, police arrested 40-year-old Edwright Rosa in connection with the incident. He was arraigned Friday for assault to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
There is no word on the how the victim is doing.
