BOSTON — The Sumner Tunnel closed Friday night as an over-height truck “storrowed” inside the tunnel on Route 1A South during rush hour.

A viewer sent us this photo showing the major backup in the tunnel after multiple cars were stopped due to the truck being stuck.
The tunnel reopened shortly before 7 p.m. on Friday, according to officials with MassDOT.
