Easter at the Zoo
If you’re celebrating Easter this weekend, maybe you’ll want to hop over to the 2nd annual Easter at the Zoo event at Southwick’s Zoo in Mendon. Happening from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, the kids can take pictures with the Easter bunny, and participate in games, crafts, and face painting.
The event is free, and you’ll also get a voucher for discounted admission to the zoo. Check out the website for more information.
Hanging Nasturtiums
If you’re simply celebrating spring this weekend, head over to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum to see the hanging Nasturtiums. The annual tradition begins the week before Easter, and some of the hanging vines are as long as 20 feet. They’re only on display for a limited time. For more information click here.
