Randolph woman says she was shot at by strangers hiding in her front yard

RANDOLPH, Mass. — A Randolph woman told Boston 25 News she was shot at right outside her front door in broad daylight on Sunday.

The woman, who identified herself as Pamela, said she walked outside to smoke a cigarette and two men hiding in her front yard started shooting at her.

“It’s awful to be in your own home and be shot at,” said Pamela.

The woman lives on Lisa Road and walked away with only a scratch.

“Somebody was over there shooting, I was standing right here and they just started shooting three or four shots,” said Pamela.

Pamela said she didn’t get a good look at them because her instinct was to run back inside. She was lucky, the bullets missed her. She walked away with only a cut on her finger from the broken glass. The bullets shattered her front storm door.

“I just tried to get in the house and try to call 911 because I thought I was shot, luckily God was with me and I wasn’t,” said Pamela. “I don’t believe I have enemies, I don’t know.”

Randolph Police said they are looking for two suspects but only have a vague description.
