DORCHESTER, Mass. — Boston Fire Department responded to a two-alarm fire in Dorchester Saturday night.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. fire crews rushed to 383 Geneva Ave in reports of heavy flames and smoke on all three floors of the Dorchester building.
According to Boston fire officials, six adults and six children were displaced after the house was completely engulfed in flames.

Officials said two firefighters were transported to a Boston hospital with minor injuries.
The fire crews were able to save Simba the cat who was reunited with his family, according to officials.

The Boston fire department is investigating the cause of the fire.
