Karen Pence greeted by supporters in Nashua, NH

NASHUA, N.H. — Second lady Karen Pence made a quick trip to New Hampshire on Thursday to greet supporters.

And in four days, Vice President Mike Pence and President Donald Trump are scheduled to touch down in the Granite State, which is one of their top targets to make red in 2020.

“We need four more years of President Donald Trump,” Karen Pence said to voters during a visit to the Radisson Hotel in Nashua.

She wasted no time in emphasizing how important their vote will be this election.

“Everyone here will play a critical part in helping us to win the White House again,” she said. .

The second lady touted the president’s policies for creating what she described as the hottest economic environment in U.S. history.

“This president is changing lives and he’s changing families and he’s changing about the way people feel about every day,” Karen Pence said.

Attendee Dani Bodvojsky praised the current administration.

“It’s something to be proud of when you look at the alternatives,” Bodvojsky said.

With much of the current focus being on the Democrats in next week’s first in the nation primary, this crowd is looking beyond that, and what they think it will take for Trump and Pence to prevail for another term.

“You’ve got the second lady here tonight. You got the vice president and the president here on Monday. I think it shows how important New Hampshire is for the president. We came oh so close in 2016,” said Marc Lotter, director of strategic communications for Trump/Pence 2020.

Vice president Mike Pence is scheduled to speak during a “Cops for Trump” event in Portsmouth on Monday. He’s then expected to appear at President Trump’s rally later that night in Manchester—on the eve of the New Hampshire primary.
