Hyde Park woman wins $4 million on scratch ticket after traffic jam

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – Stuck in traffic one day a Hyde Park woman decided to pull into a local store to buy a scratch ticket and ended up getting home several million dollars richer.

The Massachusetts Lottery says Pearlie Traylor is the fourth $4 million winner of the “$4,000,000 Gold Bullion” instant game.

According to lottery officials Traylor will take a one-time payout of $2.6 milliom before taxes.

In addition V & D Variety where she bought the ticket in Hyde Park will get $40,000.
