Four people were able to get out of a home in Revere after a fire broke out Saturday, according to the Revere Fire Department.
The call came in around 10 p.m. Saturday night after a fire in the basement of a building on Fenno Street.
The department said there was heavy smoke on the first floor, and firefighters opened up the roof and attacked the fire in the basement.

Four people were inside the home at the time the fire broke out, and all of them were able to get out of the house.

Revere Deputy Fire Chief Tom Todisco said there was heavy damage throughout the home, and there was no immediate indication as to the cause of the fire.
