Crews responded to a crash on Interstate 93 near Canton late Sunday night, according to the Needham Fire Department.
The department posted about the accident, saying a rescue crew responded to I-93 for a motor vehicle accident "involving approximately 12 patients."

The Randolph Fire Department said they responded to the incident, with departments in Canton, Norwood, Sharon, Needham, Stoughton, Avon, Westwood and Walpole all assisting.
