DA: Man killed while working in crawl space under Emerson Hospital

CONCORD, Mass. — A man died in a construction accident in Concord, Massachusetts Wednesday, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.

The 46-year-old man from Houston was working on a boiler system in a crawl space under Emerson Hospital when the incident happened, according to the DA's officer.

However, few other details were released about how the man died.

His cause of death is pending an autopsy by the Medical Examiner's Officer.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the incident along with other local officials.

The "industrial accident" happened around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to the DA's office.

Officials say the death is not suspicious.
