Braintree Police seeking driver, car involved in hit-and-run

BRAINTREE, Mass. — Braintree Police are searching for a driver and car involved in a hit-and-run on Thursday.

They said the car hit a woman in the area of 300 Ivory Street as she was crossing from the MBTA station to a parking lot around 7:45 p.m. She was struck and thrown to the ground and the car continued north on Ivory Street without stopping.

The woman was brought to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The car was a dark-colored sedan, likely a 2008 to 2012 Honda Accord that is missing the driver's side-view mirror and likely has damage in the headlight area.
