A preliminary report by investigators on the B-17 crash that killed seven people at a Connecticut airport this month does not shed light on the possible cause. The National Transportation Safety Board said in the report Tuesday that the wreckage has been kept for further examination.
Police seek video after man dies in hit-and-run crash in Methuen
A 57-year-old man died after he was hit by a car on Jackson Street in Methuen Monday night. Methuen police said it happened around 8:40 p.m., when the 57-year-old was hit by a car as he was standing in the road, in front of his home, as a tow truck unloaded his car. The driver did not stop and continued driving, according to police.
Court hearing to pause Mass. vaping ban set for Tuesday
A federal judge is set to hear arguments in a lawsuit challenging Massachusetts' four-month ban on the sale of vaping products. The hearing Tuesday in Boston federal court is expected to focus on the vaping industry's request to temporarily lift the ban while the broader case is decided.
