Body of woman pulled from Merrimack River, police say

LOWELL, Mass. — The O'Donnell Bridge in Lowell is closed due to an active police investigation.

Captain James Hodgdon of the Lowell Police Department told Boston 25 that a body only identified as a female was found in the Merrimack River.
