Arrest made in suspicious death of woman in New Hampshire

MANCHESTER, N.H. — An arrest has been made in connection with the death of a woman in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The attorney general and Manchester police chief say 34-year-old Tanya Hall was found dead Sunday in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Her death was considered suspicious and an autopsy determined her death was a gunshot wound to the back.

Monday afternoon, authorities announced 34-year-old Justin Moura has been arrested. He has been charged with second-degree murder for "recklessly causing the death of Ms. Hall under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life" by shooting her with a handgun.

Hall leaves behind a young son.

She was shot while out for dinner on Saturday night. She was heading home from a parking lot off Old Granite Street in Manchester when she was shot in the back after police say Moura recklessly fired a gun.

The man she was with told Boston 25 News that she was sitting inside a Jeep when she was fatally shot.

Moura is set to be arraigned on Tuesday.
