Hold the mustard: Maine student poses for school ID picture in hot dog costume

A student in Maine wore a hot dog costume for his school ID card.

A student at the Biddeford Intermediate School called his parents' bluff and wore a hot dog costume when he was photographed for his student ID, WCSH reported.

My wife and I dared our son to wear a hotdog costume for school pictures. The school let him do it, and I couldn't be happier.

Far from being upset, Jake's parents relished the stunt.

Craig Arsenault wrote in a Facebook post, "My wife and I dared our son to wear a hotdog costume for school pictures. The school let him do it, and I couldn't be happier."
