Worcester Police looking to identify armed robbery suspect

Worcester Police are asking for the public's help in their search for an armed robbery suspect.

Police said officers were dispatched to the Mocine Salon in Worcester around 4:21 p.m. Friday for a reported armed robbery.

Responding officers spoke with witnesses who said the suspect, wearing a ski mask, allegedly entered the spa, pointed a black handgun at employees and demanded money.

The suspect, described as a white man with a raspy voice standing between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-10, allegedly fled on a dark-colored mountain bike toward Pleasant Street.

The man was described as wearing all black with a gray hood around his head.
