BOSTON — Commuter Rail passengers took to social media to voice their frustrations Tuesday night after some trains were delayed by more than two hours.
A disabled train at the Quincy Center station led to major delays on the Greenbush and Kingston/Plymouth lines.
UPDATE: Kingston/Plymouth Train 045 (5:00 pm outbound) is operating and is currently 110-120 minutes behind schedule between Braintree and Kingston/Plymouth due to an earlier disabled train.

Boston 25 News spoke to C.J. Fuchs via Skype, who told us his trip from South Station was nearly 90 minutes longer than usual.
Great job. @MBTA_CR . Youd get an a+ if the assignment was to get us home as poorly as possible.

“They need to do something about the MBTA because the costs keep rising in the fares and the parking lots, which is understandable, but it seems to just go directly back into a mismanaged pension plan instead of going into infrastructure,” Fuchs said.
Keolis said in a statement that the delays were related to mechanical issues:
A mechanical issue with a locomotive caused these delays. We continue to make progress overhauling our locomotive fleet, but there is still work to do. We appreciate our passengers' patience while crews worked to keep them informed and reach their destinations.
Boston 25 News has also reached out to Governor Charlie Baker’s office for comment.
Absolutely disgraceful that the conductors on train had ZERO communication with passengers.
